This is available September 1st for a one-year lease. This downstairs suite is located in a safe and convenient neighbourhood - walking in minutes to Hillside Mall, Thrifty Foods, Walmart, and Lansdowne Camosun College. The house is steps away from direct bus routes to UVic and downtown.

Rent is $990 and includes water and high-speed wireless internet. Hydro is separate and about $20-$45 a month depending on the season. Laundry is on-site. Coin-operated dryer at $1.75.

I am seeking a female tenant who is responsible, clean, and quiet to share this suite with two female roommates. Single occupancy only.

Good references are required. No pets, smoking, drugs, or parties.
