Room available in a cute older bungalow, feet from Franchetto Park. Shared kitchen and bathroom, all utilities and internet included, unfortunately laundry isn’t available but laundromat is a couple minutes away. Room will be empty when you arrive lol

Looking for an easy going , quiet kinda overall boring person to share my space . Im a mature older working woman who works days. I’m pretty easy going as long as you are respectful of each other. There is someone who lives in the basement as well. Room can include a large dresser if needed but otherwise unfurnished.
