Hi, my friend and I have found a 3-bedroom apartment near SFU in Lougheed. We are both males and sfu students, currently seeking a third roommate since three-bedroom apartments are more affordable. It will be $1,600 for the master bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, your own workspace and private balcony with an amazing view over the city. It is a brand-new apartment.
