Shared room for rent available August 15 for 1 girl in a 2 bedroom newly renovated apartment, walking distance to university. Room will be furnished. No smoking, no drinking, no partying and no guys allowed to visit. $400/month with everything included. Close to bus stop 1C, 2, 3, 5 and 6, and also street parking available.

There’s 3 of us living here, the room will be shared with myself (Marie), the 2 girls in the other room are sisters. We’re all post-secondary students, 2 of us go to the university, and 1 of the other girls go to college here.
