Brianna's room

Hello! I have one bedroom available in my lovely little apartment. There is 1 shared bathroom. Laundry can be done in the building. There is also a parking spot available outdoors for the unit. The apartment also has a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains, it honestly has one of my favourite views. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is pretty much everything you need within a 5 minute walking distance from the house. The utilities are not included in the price listed but is about $80 to $120 every 2 months for 2 people.

I am 23 years old and a fulltime student majoring in biology. I am entering my last semester of school and then will be working full time. I lead quite an active lifestyle. I like to go to the gym, hike , snowboard and run. Please message if you are interested.
