Vanessa's room

A wonderful, cozy home with a fenced in backyard, perfect for the summer. We are the main and top floor of the house and have a small attic for storage or can be used as a small office. We have A/C, laundry on-site and a dishwasher. We have 2 bathrooms, one powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom upstairs. West facing room, mirrored sliding door closet. There is a large park (Greenwood Park) 2 minutes from us, which has a public pool, a dog park, 2 baseball diamonds, an emptied out hockey arena and in the winter that area becomes a skating rink. The TTC stops are close by, Greenwood bus route is close, as well as Leslie / Donlands bus route. There are quite a few nice restaurants nearby, Gerrard Square is about a 10 minute walk from us.

I am a working professional in the jewelry industry. I work very regular hours (m-f), and like to come home and relax, watch tv and movies. My roommate and I love to have dinner and watch scary movies together, hoping you are a movie buff like us ! My roommate works in the flower industry and owns her own business which she normally uses our house as her own little flower shop (wonderful for smells, bad if you have allergies!!) We love to have friends over to sit in the backyard, have a few drinks and laughs. We are very dog friendly and 420 friendly. We are non-smokers. Looking forward to meeting you !
