Room available for female student. $800 per month, renew per semester. Location: Royal Bay across the street from Royal Bay Secondary. Includes: Wi-Fi, cable, heat, water, garbage/compost, electricity. Room: Bedroom with queen sized bed, new bedding (or you can bring your own), dresser, large closet, desk with chair, microwave, t.v. and small fridge Semi-private bathroom. (Shared with mother in law who stays with us 2 nights per week) Amenities: Shared laundry, designated parking space. Pets: We have a cat and may get a dog in the future so not ideal for someone with allergies. Royal Roads University is a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) Pearson college is a 15 minute drive. Public transit at end of our block, would be easy to commute to UVic. Quality Foods, Cascadia Liquor, Starbucks and new places coming right at the end of our block.
