Hello! This lovely room is in a brand new townhouse on the south side of Edmonton in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The room can be furnished or not, depending on what you prefer, and you also get your own bathroom! Everything else is shared.

I am a 27 year old professional that is quiet, friendly and clean. I am 420 friendly, but it must remain outside. I work full time, but do a lot of work from home as well. I have a dog that lives with me part time. I’m looking for a roommate that is clean, respectful and not into partying in the home. I like my privacy but would also like to make a new friend with my new roomie!
