Unfurnished Room in a quiet apartment building for employed single person preferably between age 40 to 60. We share the kitchen & bathroom. Laundry facilities available. Must be clean, reliable, no smoking inside, no pets, no drugs, no guests. Parking spot available for extra $20.

I had my mom as a roommate until she moved out. I need a reliable, responsible roommate who is quiet and clean. I need to know as much information as possible because I’m responsible for who I invite to live with me due to my mom being on the lease but leaving early.
