Looking for working female (preferably) to rent basement. 1 bedroom, own bathroom (3 pc), has living room & kitchen. There is a Tv in living room and the bedroom already for use. Shared laundry. Fenced yard with shed and fire pit. Front yard has a deck on frint and a small deck in the back. Must like dogs as i have 1. Utilities will be 50/50 unless agreed upon -a little higher rent. Great area.
