Our home is a 4BR + 2 Bath bungalow at 11645 91 Ave NW (one block from the U of A). A fifth room is dedicated as study/office space that you can use. There is a large yard, compost, carport, garage, dishwasher, laundry, plenty of storage space in closets and garage. This includes shared wifi. Parking available.
The bedroom available is furnished with a comfy Queen bed, a desk, dresser and walk-in closet.
