I am one of the current tenants posting this on behalf of our landlord. None of the current tenants will be re-leasing so this ad is for signing a new lease for the whole house!
A fantastic heritage home located in Garneau. Just a few blocks to UofA campus or Whyte ave and lots of nearby transit options. Perfect if you’re a student or work at the UofA hospital or surrounding buildings. Walk to work or school in 5 to 10 minutes!
3 large upstairs bedrooms, a large bathroom upstairs, and a basement suite with another bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen space.
Fully fenced backyard, perfect for your dog! Outdoor parking in the alley, street parking passes can be obtained through the city as well. There is a small garage in the back for storage as well.
Full laundry room in the basement. Dishwasher in mainfloor kitchen. Lots of big windows, you get so much natural light! As well, there is a lovely front porch.
Our lease ends August 1 so Sept 1 would be your move-in date but we can work with you if you need to move some things in a little bit early! Message me with any questions or to arrange a viewing :)
About the roomies
None of us will be resigning this lease as a couple are graduated and moving out of Edmonton and others are moving back in with family. The house was great for us for the year that we were on campus as students.
