Kyle's room

A 2 bed/2 bath + den apartment in Tamarack on the third floor of the building. Currently has street parking, but above ground or underground parking would be available for an additional cost with the landlord. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so there is no need to worry about sharing. Kitchen, living room, and den. Total rent is $1650, but I can round that down to $800 for a roommate who is the right fit.

I am the only one who currently lives here. I am going back to school, so I am trying to figure out my work situation and school situation to make it work, but rent will always be paid on time. My hope is to be able to get along with my roommate as I have had bad experiences with roommates in the past and being able to get along with whomever is important to me. I am 420 friendly and LGBTQ2+ friendly.
