Hi there, I’m a 37 year old professional working adult with a three bedroom townhouse looking for a tenant. I have a large breed friendly dog , so it’s preferred no other pets. The room is furnished or you can bring your own furniture, you will have your own private bathroom with shared kitchen and common area. Monthly rent includes: internet, laundering services, security system, heat and hydro. The house is across the street from a gas station, gym, restaurants, dental office, pharmacy, liquor store and more. It’s a 30-45 minute commute to Calgary, 45 minute commute to the mountains. Fenced backyard, access to basement gym (if preferred) and the community we live in is quiet. The room is avail for another professional working adult or student.

I hold a full time job and when I’m not home I’m often out in the mountains exploring.
