Completely surprise-free! ~An older building with modern touches, like brand-new windows installed this year! ~Card-operated laundry on every floor. ~Note: Entry Hall and Bathroom may be challenging for a wheelchair or other mobility devices.

Your Neighbourhood: ~Commute made easy! Catch the 6 bus route, bike on the Galloping Goose Trail, or take a quick 15-minute bus ride downtown and 30 minutes to UVic. ~Enjoy leisurely strolls to Mayfair Mall, Uptown Mall, or the lovely Rutledge Park.

Your Furry Companions: ~Well-behaved dogs welcome! (Sorry, cats; it’s a dog-friendly zone.) ~One-time $800 deposit for your canine buddy.
