About the room
3 bedroom house located on 13th & Arbutus. House was renovated November 2016. There are two unoccupied rooms, so both furnished and unfurnished are available.

I have everything needed kitchen wise dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and dish washer. The washer & dryer is shared with down stairs tenants. We both have are own separate lockable entrances.
About the roomies
House is shared with a couple, Logan and Kiersten, as well as 3 adorable dart frogs who have a terrarium in the living room.
Kiersten loves her frogs and works from home, and will probably gently encourage you to watch the frogs eat their flies as it is the funniest thing watching them hop around.
Logan works full time out at UBC and spends many hours learning about motorcycles and working on his. He also enjoys watching the frogs eat.
