The room available is the 2nd room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy basement suite. It’s not dark and gloomy like a lot of basement suites. There is a private entrance. The bedroom has a huge closet so there is a lot of storage space. The picture shows it unfurnished but it can come furnished if needed. Can also provide bedding and linens if needed. The shared bathroom has a large shower with bathtub. The suite also has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and there is a washer and dryer. The suite is in a nice neighbourhood, a 5 minute walk to Fraser Hwy and close to all amenities. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

The landlords live upstairs and are very respectful. My name is Alexis (Lexi) F30, I work shift work so my schedule changes. I am quiet and mostly keep to myself but up for hanging out from time to time. I keep my things organized and am very clean.
