I am moving into the place in September and would be looking to share it. This place is a unit in a triplex. It is technically a 3 bedroom with over 900 sq. We would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You would have a room to yourself. It’s within a block of Dino’s grocery store and a bus stop straight to downtown.

I am in my 20s and I am a woman working from home looking for a roommate who’s mature. I don’t really care about age. I’m looking for the basics you’d think of (clean, no smoking, no partying). As well, as someone who matches my vibe. I am a chill person and I live a laid back lifestyle. I don’t really like to nitpick about things and go with the flow of life. I like to keep things somewhat organized not to the level of labels and lots of rules. More like agreeing on what we both need and working to make sure we are both comfortable. My goal is to be cozy most times so I’m introverted and I spend a lot of time with myself. You need to be ok with me taking recharging breaks. Lol. I would like a roommate I can be friendly with but won’t be bothered if we have time for ourselves. We’ll need to sign a roommate agreement. The original rent is $1098 + $100 for internet. I need a roommate to help out. I’m putting it a little bit lower since I know rent is crazy right now. Everything would be included in your room. Must have consistent work income or proof that can pay like savings, disability, EI, EIA, etc. As long as you have good character and can show that we can probably work something out. I’m a straightforward person so looking for someone kind and honest the rest can be discussed.
