one unfurnished bedroom in a shared furnished apartment. Split bills. (electricity, internet, and water heater rental.) The property management will require you fill out an application prior to approval. References WILL be checked. All furniture (and mess) in picture of room will be removed prior to Nov. 1. So will the mess in the other pictures.

One older gentleman with a cat. Very quiet and clean. The cat is not vicious neither is the owner. We don’t have rules per se, we just like to keep it civil.
