It’s in a safe and nice neighborhood in east Van, 900meters from East Hasting street and 6-minute bike ride to commercial drive. Bus stop is only 2mins away by foot and 20mins by bike to downtown. The room has its own bathroom with a shower room on the first floor. One living landlord - a chilled Chinese Canadian and a student from South Korea. All three rooms have their own bathrooms.
