1 bedroom available in a furnished 4 bedroom apartment in lake country. Sept-April 3 upper year students looking for a 4th roommate to hang out with for the school year. It’s a regular sized room with a shared bathroom. Beautiful lakefront view with easy beach access. Rent will be $900 for the room. There will most likely be a underground parking spot but the outdoor spot will definitely be available. Some go to campus daily so rides can also be arranged. We are 3 active easy going guys who like to have a good time but don’t party and almost never drink. We are a no smoking apartment! Unfortunately we aren’t allowed pets. We aren’t home often but when we are, we like to hang out outside of our rooms. We are extremely active people and when we have some down time some of us play video games, go to big white or play piano. A little bit of everything.
