One bedroom is available for rent in a spacious two bedroom (one bathroom) basement. The other room is occupied.

The available bedroom is private however, bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared. This listing also includes a shared laundry area, large pantry and storage space.

Utilities and internet are not included in the price above. Additional amount ranging from $150 - $180 from internet and utilities. Parking is also available if required.

This listing is available for one FEMALE occupant only and I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with splitting chores. If you are interested in viewing the room please send me a message with a brief self introduction.
