Although you share a bathroom downstairs, there is also a half bath upstairs that is for everyone so there is always a toilet available. New build, Close to Loyalist College! Bus stop just a short walk. Part of a multiplex, so not really a house but not really a townhouse. This is a quiet neighborhood with parks and trails nearby, it’s pretty nice. Room is in the basement, in the picture the doors are off of the closet but we can put them back on for you. There’s lots of common area, and a big kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of pantry and cupboard space.

Myself and my roomate are 32 and 31 respectively. We have been renting this place since May with a third roomie, but sadly he is leaving us to go to school in Kingston. We are clean, quiet and respectful. We both have full time jobs and are usually pretty fast in the kitchen to allow someone else to use it. You would only really need to worry about cleaning up after yourself. I usually take care of things like putting out the garbage and mowing the lawn. To be clear, neither of us is the landlord but we have cleared it with them to bring someone new in.
