I’m renting out one of the rooms in my three bedroom, two bathroom condo ! It’s the largest room, and you’d have your own bathroom. There’s a small third room for guests which you’d be welcome to use as well, the whole condo is furnished except for room for rent. Parking and wifi is included, the building also has a small gym.

It’s just me and my cat maui living there, so obviously you’d have to be okay with cats ! I’m a 20 year old student, I’d prefer to have another student as a roommate but am fine either way ! I’d also prefer a female roommate but am open to a male roommate as well.
