Osborne Street

Room for rent at 40 Osborne St. on the 4th floor in the center of Osborne Village (student preferred). The building is the iconic “The Roslyn”, spacious apartment with large living room, amazing lighting, high ceiling and wooden floor. The suite is a three-bedroom and we are two students at the U of Winnipeg (senior year). We will be moving in on September 1st and are looking for a third person. For this reason, students will be preferred (international students are particularly welcome). We are very easygoing and are hoping to find someone with good vibes. The master bedroom is up for grabs at $650 a month all included (wifi, heat, electricity and water). The smaller room is also available for $550 all included. Both unfurnished. No pets. We are two student and friends who have been living togheter for a year now. We are both clean and care about maintaining the common spaces tidy and clean. We respect privacy and we don’t judge, what you do in your room is your business. There is a good chemistry going here and we would like to find someone with good vibes to keep it that way. We are both hardworking and will spend most of the time at school or at work. Another student is preferred. An important thing, as obvious as it sound, is must pay rent on time.
