About the room
I am moving out of my room in North Van. It’s a big house on Keith Rd.East. I have the master bedroom (2x the size of a regular bedroom) plus bathroom with jettub and vanity. It’s 1275 plus utilities which have been around $60/ month, including internet.
There are 3 other women in the home, all in their 30’s. Gorgeous home, deck, front lawn space, living room, and kitchen. Rarely are we ever all home at the same time! Really great, laid back women who enjoy the outdoors. No drama, and just really good vibes.

There is a bus stop out front as well as parking either on the street or in the driveway.
About the roomies
The other 3 women are in their 30’s. Super chill, super outdoorsy. We are rarely home at the same time. It’s a big enough house for us to all have our space and take advantage of common areas
