Hello Everyone! I am looking for a female roommate in her early 20s to join me in a stunning apartment in Lower Lonsdale. Move in 1 September. The rent is $1400 per month, excluding heat/wifi/electricity (which I estimate would be about $50 p/m). You would have your own very spacious room and would share a bathroom with me.
