Basement suite in west Lethbridge, short drive to University. Landlord lives upstairs and shares laundry room, basement suite has a shared kitchen and common area which will both be furnished. Rent will include all utilities, internet as well.

As mentioned, landlord lives upstairs and works on a 4 on 4 off schedule. I am a student at university of Lethbridge, and will also be coaching a college baseball team during the year.
