About the room
It is a lovely 3 bed 1 bath corner unit townhouse, located in north shore. About a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop and about a 10 min drive to campus. You would get your own room, washroom, kitchen and living room are all shared. We are looking for someone to join us on our 1 year lease, please let me know if you’re interested. The place will get repainted, a new fridge, updated carpeting and a new washer and dryer before we move in.
About the roomies
Hi! Me and my friend hannah are renting a townhouse for the next year. It has 3 bedrooms and the total rent is 1950. We have one extra room since one of our roommates canceled on us, and are looking for another person to join us on our lease.
