Hello I’m looking for a clean and responsible FEMALE roommate starting October 1st. It is a two bedroom condo. Your Room is fully furnished. You’ll get your PRIVATE washroom as well. Kitchen and living room is shared. There is a big storage room and a pantry. In suite washer and dryer. Rent is $675+$15.75 for internet (share between roommates) + power( between $80/90$) you will share .

Depot is equal to a month’s rent which is $675. Power is paid end of the month based on usage and we will share it.
