There is a downstairs suite but I will be using it from time to time. Backyard with garage and driveway for vehicle. Washer dryer in downstairs bathroom. $1000 for room and access to your own kitchen etc. Asking for a portion of utilities as well :)

I am a laid back individual, looking for a like minded roommate. I like to do art, garden, cook. Listen to music etc. I have two daughters who aren’t with me atm, as to why I am needing to find a roommate short term.
