Bedroom for rent in a Small Top floor Apt of house : It’s in the SE not SW , So 36 St and 17 Ave area Room is 10’x11’ and also has a 4’x8’ walk in closet with shelving/hanging rod,storage. A Cubby hole (under mirror ),Big west facing venting window with blackout curtains, blinds, ceiling fan and key/locking bedroom door. Well set up kitchen for cooking/baking shared kitchen/bathroom. House is old but Apt is clean and tidy. Parking/all utilities/included. No-one has dogs or children in the house just quiet mature neighbours. Must share cleaning of common areas, Kitchen/bathroom cleaned after use no dirty dishes. Available Nov 1 maybe sooner.

Share apt with 1 easy going mature self employed male. I work ,gym ,cook ,read ,write and pretty much stick to a week day early bed/rise routine for work. I never bring anyone home and and prefer similar at least no regulars and no sleepovers goes both ways, No Parties. The apt is too small and it’s just a place to recharge eat shower sleep for me.

I don’t mind 420 ( outside ) or and someone who drinks but nothing excessive, I like a weekend drink steak movie, would be nice to have a roommate that’s at least semi social and not moody type.
