I am looking for a roommate for the Uplands area near the Ottawa Airport. My estimate is with bills and rent split equally, 900$ per month.

You are required to have tenant insurance.

If you consume cannabis through smoking paraphernalia, then you are required to do it outside.

I will be moving to the location on 13 September 2023. I am a clean person, meaning I do the dishes every morning and every afternoon. I will sweep/vacuum/mop regularly. I am also an MBA student so a lot of my time will be occupied.
