PART TIME or SHORT TERM (4 TO 6 WEEKS) AVAILABILITY Hi! Please read carefully before messaging as this room is not available for full time - long term. IDEAL for NURSES or doctors during a residency, STUDENTS from out of town, a SKIER looking for a place to call basecamp this winter or someone who is waiting for their house to be done building.

Clean, large room available in a beautiful and quiet 2k square foot beach house across the street from the beach access. Ideally I wish to find someone who needs a place part time (for example, from Monday to Friday if going home on weekends) - the price will be adjusted depending on our agreement. The room will be yours for the whole duration of our agreement and will of course not be used when you are away on weekends. For skiers, the agreement could be the opposite (arrival Friday, departure Sunday or Monday for the whole ski season). Minimum stay 1 month, ideally looking for someone for the whole fall (Sept-Dec) or winter (Jan-April) season or, if staying full time, for 4 to 6 weeks at a time maximum.

The house is on a 1 acre lot with a large backyard and mature trees. Front and back porch, screened 2nd floor porch and pizza oven outside. Your private room has just been completely repainted and redecorated and comes fully furnished with queen size bed, brand new linens and towels, night tables and lamps, dresser and wardrobe. High speed internet, 1 parking space, gas and hydro included. Access to the laundry room as well as storage space in the basement and garage. Shared kitchen (you have access to all the kitchen equipment, no need to bring anything), bathroom and powder room.

2 adorable cats live in the house so unfortunately I can not accept other pets.

Will require first, last, references and credit check. As I am a tenant myself, this is not a tenancy agreement but a boarding one, so I will require a security deposit.
