Hi, I’m Lasha and I live with my dear friend Lara Rae

For $650 I’m offering a room plus more in my big old rambling house. Rent includes all bills, extra space for people who work from home, a parking spot, storage space, one and half baths and a garden. Pets are welcome assuming they can be friends with our cat Jake.

Located on Home Street one block north of Portage in the West End, very close to Wolseley. The street has a super friendly vibe plus it is very convenient for transportation. 20 min walk from downtown. Come sit on the porch and the street will welcome you.

We are looking for someone where we can both feel comfortable around each other. Share the odd laugh or meal. I want the house to have a community vibe. If you want to have a potluck, that is very welcome.

We are looking for people who can show proof of income, clean and responsible. We are not looking for couples who want to split the rent of one room.

Very Queer/Trans Friendly. Also people of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

Room is available Sept 15, but we can be flexible.
