BEST LOCATION, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS!!! I’m renting the bedroom of my beautiful apartment with spectacular views of the St. Lawrence river. We will be sharing the living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen (It’s a 3 ½ apt. all furnished). The price includes Wi-FI, hot water, heating and electricity. The building also has a Gym and an outdoor pool.

Ile des Soeurs is considered one of the most beautiful places in Montreal with its walking and biking paths. We have amazing parks with beautiful forest, lagoon and pond, as well as commercial services, banks and public transportation (less than 10 minutes to downtown). And now there is an Ile des Soeurs city train station.

Non-smoking apartment…

I will be working in the apartment from let’s say 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in week days. Sometimes less than that… I have two activities :

1. I’m a retired Professional Dog Groomer and I groom little dogs once in a while (not more that 1 per day). There is not barking and they behave well in all situations. The second activity is Cooking… I don’t work weekends, so the apartment will be “all yours” If you want more information, please, don’t hesitate to contact me.
