Looking for a roommate for a private room with full/double size bed (please bring your own bedding) in my 2 bedroom basement. No pets, no smoking. prefer a student or professional. renting till April 2024. Shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen and common spaces. Rent 650 All inclusive. Damage deposit 650.

Owners live up stairs, have pets, they share the laundry in the basement. I am going to trade school full time at Saskpolytech. Generally very friendly, non smoking, no pets, will be working part time as well.
