11 minute bus to Clareview Station, then take LRT to downtown or U of A. 10 min to Clareview Station by bicycle, 5 min by car. Master bedroom with large windows on upper floor of 2015 built townhouse available, walk in closet, ensuite. Could move a desk into the room if desired. Street parking available, garage negotiable. No TV in the home but has pretty much everything else.

Wife and child are currently living in Asia for up to 2 more years. I do not need 3 bedrooms so the master bedroom in this townhouse, which including the full bathroom and walk in closet is close to 17’ x 17’, can be yours. I never have guests myself but you can host yours providing they haven’t moved in or effectively moved in. There is already a 20 year old guy in one of the small bedrooms. I can take the other small bedroom but since 3 people may be too crowded over a long period of time, preference is for someone who is just looking for a place for 4 to 6 months, I will be in Asia from April 20 to likely some time in July.
