One bedroom for rent in a downtown/centre city home available October 1. 20-minute walk to MUN; 15-minute walk to downtown hub (George Street, Duckworth Street, Water Street area), close to multiple bus routes and grocery stores.

I am looking for a roommate to rent a bedroom in my two-bedroom home. The cost would be $800 with utilities included, the bedroom is unfurnished, and I would prefer a one-year lease to be signed. I would also prefer the roommate to be another female. There are already two cats in the home and I would be open to another, however, no dogs as my cats are scared of them (haha). There is off-street parking that can accommodate one vehicle, in-home washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen, bathroom, and other living spaces would all be shared.
