We are looking for a 3rd female to join 2 other friendly and easy going flatmates. A good fit will be someone who has experience in living with others and is able to communicate and problem solve well. The space is ideal for a mature student or working professional. It is a peaceful home intended to be a place you can feel comfortable and as such it’s not a party house. We are looking for someone who will treat the space and others in it with kindness and respect. I have good references with with current and past tenants and ask that anyone applying can provide good work and rental references as well.

The home is in a central location on Patterson Ave, 3 blocks from the beach, walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, KGH hospital and OK College. We are located 5 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from UBC-O and right beside the Ethel Street bicycle corridor and public transit. There is a private and peaceful outdoor patio space and yard to enjoy.
