Location: near Pioneer and Upper Canada, 7 min bus (route 10 and 16) to Conestoga College - Doon campus, few minutes walk to Zehrs market, Tim Horton, DQ, Shopper Drug Mart and TD bank.

Room can be furnished upon request. All utilities included in rent per room. Share bathroom and kitchen.

Single occupancy. No sharing. No parties. No smoking, drugs, vape, or use of cannabis.

Rent is $750 per month. Parking is available with a parking fee $50. First and last’s month rent is required before move-in.

There are 2 people living in the house including myself. We like to keep things to ourselves. I work from home so I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and quiet. Mature students or female working professionals preferred.
