Bedroom has big size, a huge closet, a large table/desk, and office chair. (If you need to come few days earlier/ later, we can discuss it. We will be able to make it works for all of us) You will share the place with a very respectful and responsible professional lady in 30’s.

This is a cozy full furnished 2-bedroom basement suite with common areas: kitchen, a large living room, one bathroom (shower), portable washing machine (no dryer) located in West Point Grey (Tolmie and 14th Avenue), the most quiet and peaceful area in Vancouver. Independent entrance from the main house. Just 2 blocks from Pacific Spirit Park, close to Westbrook Mall, UBC and downtown. Buses #14, #99, #4, also #33, #25 and night bus #10. If you drive, there is always lots of parking spots in front of the house. If you bike, there is space for your bike in the entrance of the basement.

This is a quiet, clean, and organized place ideal for someone as described below: • Respectful and accountable. Open to talk and find solutions to keep a nice vibe at home. • Tidy and organized. • Agree the owner’s rules:

• No parties, No drugs, No weed, No smoking
• Visits and overnights are limited up to 2 times a week.
• Share chores and responsibilities to clean common areas according to a schedule.
• Follow recycle instructions and the weekly schedule for garbage collection, also bring back to the house the garbage bins after collection.

You will share the place with a very respectful and responsible professional lady in 30’s. She is my current roommate. I got a new job and I am moving out for 6 months. Owner lives upstairs. Owner minds her own business and let the tenants to do the same as long as tenants follow the common-sense norms.
