Located in the safe and serene area of Norwood (under St Boniface), with accessible bus routes and right next to downtown (without all the noise and unsafety of actually being downtown.)

Strategically located in the middle of routes on the map to all the Universities (UofM, UofW), Malls (St Vital etc), Grocery stores (Shopper’s DrugMart, Walmart, Canadian tire), and entertainment available in Downtown and South.

The entire apartment is furnished with cosy decor, large common area windows, air conditioning, and a room you can decorate to your taste with your own closet space. It’s a modern apartment with new wooden flooring, marble tabletops, an inbuilt state of the art microwave, fridge, and electric oven if baking is your thing! There is also an on-site laundry machine available.

Need a place to stay short term? Don’t worry, whether if it’s for a month or 3 months you can leave at any time so long as you give me a notice 15 days prior. :)

I’m a student and I also work remotely so I’m usually out during the day, and if interacting in the evening isn’t your thing we don’t have to! If it is though, we can always catch up in the evening.

I’m pretty quiet and neither drink nor smoke. However I can accommodate people with similar or different lifestyles, personalities and preferences so long as I’m informed beforehand! This is a judgement free zone where I hope you can enjoy your stay and your own space.
