John's room

Partial area in a walk-out basement, backing a ravine, consisting of a small private kitchenette/living room, private room and private bathroom. The only shared area would be the entrance to the home, via the back patio door. The “apartment” can be furnished, partially furnished or empty. Street parking may be available but not guaranteed. Ideally, we’re looking for a quiet, non-smoker, and sorry, no dogs. Pictures are current state (gym will be the bedroom, kitchen plumbing to be finished) but will be made immediately move-in ready, upon receipt of deposit.

Quiet, non-smoking, pet-free family of 4. We have two kids, ages 10 and 7. The rest of the basement is a play area for the kids but they are rarely down there.
