Mina's room

Second floor of house. We are planning on putting in a small bathroom upstairs (shower, toilet, sink) but for now it’s shared. Internet water and hydro are included. We are a het couple (but 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly) we have a ten year old son who is very friendly but will NEVER enter your space - yours is the second floor of the house. We have cats, a dog and a snake. Just outside Dugald Manitoba, there’s a huge lot with barn and garage etc. surrounded by trees - with a secluded back spot we’ve made into a little camping area if we want to have guests (so we don’t disturb our roommate). Laundry is in the bathroom (shared but no extra cost on bills as it’s included so u can do laundry any time you like). We all work together to keep shared spaces tidy - your space is your business as is ours.

We are a couple over 30 with a ten year old son. He is friendly and loves to have a convo but he will just go play if you say you need your space or don’t want to talk (it’s a general respect thing in our family). None of us would ever go into your space without permission and we’d expect the same respect. We highly value respect, honesty and communication. We live just outside Dugald but work in Winnipeg. If any problems arise we would appreciate a clear and honest conversation without aggression or hostility. We are pretty easy going people and are generally easy to get along with as long as you like animals, are not a racist or bigot, and have decent communication skills.
