It’s a two bedroom suite just down the street from South Gate mall and U of A South Campus. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans, anything you might need. There’s tons of storage space in the unit and laundry is in the building. The bedroom is unfurnished. The rent covers heat and water. We would have to split the electrical and wifi costs.

Hi! My current roommate is moving out November 1st. I’m a 1st year student at U of A. I’m hoping for someone that I could potentially be friends with as well. I have a cat and a tortoise so hopefully you like animals haha.
