About the room
Ready to move in ASAP. 3 bedroom house in Rosewood. The new Costco is a 2 minute drive away along with, Tim Hortons, sephora, Marshall’s, liquor stores, etc. There will also be a bus stop close by (10 min walk).
A very nice and quiet neighbourhood with a golf course also very close by.
The room is very cozy, comes with blackout blinds and a closet.
You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, backyard and basement. Room could be made available in the garage if need be (winter only if vehicle has troubles starting).
If there are any questions/concerns or you would like to receive some more pictures do not hesitate to ask.
About the roomies
I (landlord) will be living in the master bedroom along with my significant other.
There is another roommate right next to the room for rent. She is very quiet, clean and considerate.
Couples will also be allowed to move in.
