hi, I am a full time working professional (hr administrator at a global bank head office.

I am looking for someone to live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in North York with me.

Shared kitchen space, I have my own fridge so you can use most of the main fridge.

Privacy is big for me, but I’m open to friendship. :)

Outside my career, I am an artist so I have to record music at home sometimes.

I prefer not to be roommates with somebody who grew up as an only child, etc. I don’t like to be bossed around.

It would be best if we become respectful roommates to each other so that we can have open communication.

I am only looking for female roommate, someone who is flexible.

I have a male partner who visits 1-3 times a week. He is a very respectful person.

I’m 24 Female, so another female in their 20s would be ideal.

I don’t party, but I drink and smoke occasionally (1/week).

Other than my partner, all my friends are very quiet women. I don’t mind at all if you bring guests, but just not for drinking.

Sorry if I sound so descriptive here, it’s because I have lived with roommates for 10 years now and know exactly what I need in a roommate! haha, but also that experience made me a very accommodating person :).
