• Close to Durham College/OTU, Oshawa GO station, Trent U. and Oshawa Centre. Due to limited availability, On-site residential parking is NOT AVAILABLE at this time. Paid visitor parking ($1/30 mins.) is available and situated in the back of the parking lot. First and Last month’s deposit required to move-in.

The unit will be shared between myself and my new roommate. I’m a clean, active and responsible male in my 30s who loves to workout and help others during my free-time.
