G’day all. Senior retired gent lookin to rent out my 2nd bedrm in a 2 bedrm apt to a Chillaxed Senior LADY… Empty 12x16 ft livin room u can decorate any way ya want. 12x10 bedrooms. A big in-apt. laundry & storage room. Smokin, 420 ok outside. Big kitchen, all appliances are modern and the whole apt. was recently remodeled. All amenities close by. Parkin for 1. Ifya have a small QUIET pooch, that may work too.. The owner of the property is pretty stringent on the background checks so please have all your bonifieds. Im sure u know the drill. Split Wifi & hydro 50/50. Its a pretty nice place & very clean.. So please shoot me a quick note about yourself & what u r lookn for and we can chat (A picture would b appreciated, thanks)….
